To support our commitment to sustainable beauty practices, a small environmental stewardship fee is added to each visit through our partnership with Green Circle Salons. This fee helps us responsibly recover and recycle salon waste including hair, foils, excess color, plastics, and paper products. This keeps 95% of our waste out of landfills and oceans.

We kindly ask that you notify us of appointment cancellations or if you need to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred:
24 hours or more= no fee
less than 24 hours= 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled
no shows= 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled
*We understand illness, weather, and certain life circumstances happen unexpectedly, and we strive to be as understanding as possible. We will take these circumstances into consideration on a case by case basis.

We take pride in offering high-quality, professional products and do our best to educate you on how to use them. Due to health and safety regulations, once a product has been opened it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. This includes all makeup, skincare, and hair care products. Please let us know within 7 days of the purchase if you should happen to have received a defective item or develop an allergic reaction. We will review your specific case and assist you in resolving the issue.
Products may be returned if unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 7 days of original purchase.
*Products that may have of been received from a gift basket are not eligible for return or credit.

A non-refundable retainer based on the size of the bridal party is required to reserve your wedding date. This retainer is applied toward your final balance. Dates are not guaranteed until the contract and retainer are received. Contact the salon for pricing and reservations.
Because we reserve this time exclusively for you, the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final headcount and service selections must be confirmed 1 month prior to your wedding day. Any reductions in services after confirmation will be subject to the original quoted price.
Should you choose to cancel the reservation, the retainer will be forfeited to the styling team.
Our goal is to create a relaxed, intentional experience in the salon—allowing you and your bridal party to feel taken care of while we bring your wedding day look to life.

At New Towne Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our work and want every guest to leave feeling confident and cared for. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.
Adjustments are offered when the result differs from the original consultation and service plan discussed with your stylist. Requests made after 7 days, or changes in preference after the completed service, may require booking an additional appointment.
